Location: the hotel was short walk to the city center, and the centre of town. I found Zucca Bistro offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

I recently stayed at Biscuit in Cluj for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. Our Deluxe 1-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of space. I loved the themed room and the amusing messages scattered throughout the hallways. Despite the hot temperatures outside, the hotel kept a pleasant and cool atmosphere.

Would recommend this hotel.

In general: The Hotel Biscuit is located in an apartment block, the entry is on a terrace very hard to get to, especially if you have luggage (insecure stairs, no elevator or access ramp, cement with crushed stones, so you have to carry up your luggage). There is mud everywhere, on the reception desk as well. We reserved 3 rooms in the hotel and they send us in another entry with people that lived there. It was very strange and hard to get to that room. Wi-fi? No way. We had a wi-fi device on the roof of the hallway, but no one gave us the password. Location and surroundings: The distance to the city center is very big, one can't made it by foot. You have to get a cab or go on local transport buses. Service: When we got on reception, they sent us to another entry of the block and gave us our keys from 2 rooms. When the rest of us got there, on 2 am at night, on reception, with no friendly attitude a man with no identification card told them they didn't have reservations on Hotel Biscuit but they can send them to another entry, and they have to pay for it. When they showed him the invoice for paying the room, he told them to get out or he would call the security. That's not 24 hour reception. Dining: We paid for breakfast and we didn't got it. They didn't told us where we had to go for it, didn't inform us of anything. Sports and leisure: Because they sent us to another entry that wasn't part of Hotel Biscuit main entry, we didn't have access to any facilities. Room: Once we got to the room, we got shocked that it was an apartment torn into more studio apartments, the windows had a wall in the middle, the curtains had plastic bags that hold them, there were oily dishes, we were 2 persons and we had only one soap and one shampoo. Also, we had hot water with ration, once consumed, in maximum 5 minutes, the water that run off was cold. The pressure of the water also was bad... There ain't any hairdryer. I stayed 3 days with unwashed hair because i couldn't go out with it being wet. We didn't have terry bathrobes, neither mini-bar, ironing facilities, washing machine or even carpeted floor. We didn't even had slippers, and that made me angry because I can't walk in the room and use the bathroom of a hotel without new slippers. I could take a hepatitis.. Air conditioning? Yeah, right. A blower/ventilator what you might call it.. but no air conditioning. In the bathroom, on the up-right corner, there was a hole that got into the bathroom of the other room, where our friends stayed. We heard them curse the water flowing like they were with us on toilet. Also, the walls are very thin. I heard them snoring like they were in bed with me. The only good thing I found there, it was that the furniture was from Ikea and that made the room acceptable for sleeping in. Useful tips: The car parking is shared with the people that live in that apartment block and you don't get any parking lot free.

The hotel had a central position right by the main square, the underground and Cluj-Napoca.

Concept and design impressive, clean and cozy room, pleasant and quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, easy garage access.

Beautifully decorated and absolutely fantastic place to stay while in Cluj-Napoca. Coffee and omelette served in the morning. Modern and themed unit with a view and terrace, VERY FRIENDLY staff. Comfortable location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Japanese-style garden.

Extremely small bathroom.

Quiet little and tasteful place with practical rooms. Stunning and great location, modest restaurant. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Avram Iancu...

The room design was unique and cozy, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with a diverse range of fresh, tasty food. The hotel had a funky and artistic style, with attention to detail in the decoration. a great choice for a longer stay.

This hotel has a great value for its central location. It is a walking distance to the main attractions and it has an interior parking area for rented cars. The staff is professional and helpful and the breakfast can be customized by a chef. Rooms are uniquely designed, clean and comfy with varying themes such as funky rooms and cozy rooms.

The hotel is not located near a wide variety of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, always with a smile on their face, and they helped us with anything we asked. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which had a good variety of food. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fairly close to the city centre, making it easily accessible for us.

Located on a hill, it offers a picturesque view of the parking lot. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms come with basic amenities and breakfast included, featuring a delicious omelette cooked on the spot. The towels are replaced everyday, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the fact that we had Apple devices in our room, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the omelette, which was freshly cooked right in front of me.
